Tests and innovations for self-testing systems checking the function of vapour recovery systems in retail stations : field tests

Tests on vapour recovery systems in retail stations (stage I1 systems) have shown malfunctions up to complete system failure. Self testing systems are being developed for continuous checking of proper function of stage II systems, these were evaluated in field tests. To date, only very few manufacturers are on the market.
During this project,. the prototypes of 2 manufacturers (Fafnir and Tokheim) were tested successfully.
