DGMK Guideline Safety of Process Furnaces in Refineries and Petrochemical Industry

The DGMK guideline compares the requirements for the safety instrumentation of Fired Process Heaters in refineries and petrochemical plants based on the EN 746-2 published in 1997 with actua installations in the industry and other regulations i.e. the American NFPA 85 from 2001.
Main focus is the safety related instrumentation for Multiburner Installations, mainly used in Refineries ad Petrochemical Plants in combination with the relevant operating procedures.
