Data on the composition of heating oils was last published in the DGMK in 2005. The new edition was launched at the suggestion of the DGMK Technical Committee for Analysis.
The following were analyzed:
- 12 samples of EL heating oil from distribution points operated by German and Austrian refinery operators
- two import samples
- two paraffinic heating oils
The investigation included chemical and physical parameters, which are important with regard to applicability or ecological criteria.
