Experimental and Numerical Analysis of the Polymer Flooding Processes Using Micromodels
The research project "Experimental and Numerical Analysis of Polymer Flooding Processes Using Micromodels - From Pore Scale to Continuum Scale - Phase 3" targets on the adjustment of the microfluidic technologies developed in the two previous phases of project DGMK 746 to further EOR related activities and problems. This includes the production optimisation with regard to foam stability, well clean-up (scale removal, asphaltene precipitation) and drilling mud filtration. Furthermore the construction of micromodels in the lower permeability range from 50 to 200\,mD either with a homogeneous or a fractured rock matrix is realised.
