This year's DGMK/ÖGEW Spring Conference was a unique event. Unique because it was held as a digital conference for the first time in its history and especially because of the variety of technical & non-technical as well as national & international contributions.
Energy Transition' was the focus of our scientific programme. 311 participants from science and industry got the opportunity to follow 40 exciting and inspiring presentations and 27 technical poster contributions on a wide range of disciplines from the fields of geothermal energy, underground storage technology and energy storage/hydrogen. Technically skilled contributions on drilling technology, production, reservoir technology and the geosciences rounded off the programme. For the first time, the lecture block 'Knowledge Transfer' was offered with great popularity. The question of where and how the classical E&P courses have to develop was as much a topic as questions about future working models. The abstract volume summarizes all contributions of this year's spring conference and is available for download on the DGMK website.
