The storage of hydrogen places special demands on the technical equipment. Important aspects here are the preservation of the functionality of the installed special completion elements (underground special components), the suitability of their materials used as well as the screw connections used. The members of the storage companies in the BVEG are striving for a systematic investigation of special completion elements (special components) installed underground, which are decisive for the safety and integrity of boreholes, in a research project. In its role as a neutral scientific association, the DGMK is coordinating this industrially jointly funded research project.
We invite you to participate in the planned research project 'H2 compatibility of UT special components'. to submit an offer.
