DGMK Annual General Meeting 2026

Pursuant to Section 10, Paragraph 3 of the Bylaws, the DGMK Board of Directors hereby invites members to the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

Agenda

1. Opening of the 2026 General Meeting referred to above by the Chair of the DGMK,
Jens Müller-Belau.
2. Approval of the DGMK Annual Report for 2025; the annual report was published in the journal *EEK: Technology & Transformation of Fossil and Green Energy Sources*; see *EEK* 142, Issue 6/2026, pp. 38–58.
3. Acceptance of the auditors’ report and approval of the annual financial statements for the fiscal year from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025; See EEK 142, Issue 6/2026, p. 55 of the 2025 Annual Report.
4. Discharge of the Board of Directors for the year 2025.
5. Approval of the management’s actions for the year 2025.
6. Amendments to the Bylaws (Section 10, paragraphs 6 and 7); see the Executive Board’s proposals below.
7. Report of the Executive Board on the Company's Performance in the Current Year 2026.
8. Report by the Board of Directors on the Company’s financial situation, including an outlook for 2027, and approval of the budget for 2027. Adoption of the membership dues regulations for 2027
(Article 10(1) of the Articles of Association).
9. Election of members of the Executive Board (Section 11(3) of the Bylaws); see the Executive Board’s nominations below.
10. Appointments to the Scientific Advisory Board (Section 15(3) of the Bylaws); see the Executive Board’s proposals below.
11. Election of the DGMK’s auditors for the 2027 fiscal year; the Executive Board proposes electing Vermilion Energy Germany GmbH & Co. KG and RWE Power AG.
12. Appointment of an honorary member (Section 18(2), Section 5(2), and Section 4(2) of the Bylaws); see the Executive Board’s proposal below.
13. Miscellaneous.
