Abstract

Being visible, appearing confident, communicating clearly and asserting yourself in an environment that is often male-dominated and follows unspoken rules. Many women doubt their abilities, question themselves and are unsettled by social expectations. Time and again, they are faced with the balancing act of appearing competent without being "too loud", appearing self-confident without causing offense or simply being themselves without constantly questioning themselves.

But what does it really take to position yourself confidently? How can you present yourself with inner clarity, steadfastness and authenticity, especially when the environment is challenging?

The focus is on the question of how women can consciously use their scope for action, make targeted use of their strengths and show themselves clearly and effectively, including non-verbally.

About the speaker

As a systemic business coach and personal developer, Hannah deals with the question of how people can develop inner clarity, self-efficacy and real room for maneuver in complex professional contexts.

Her focus is on strengthening psychological resources, a clear professional presence and authentic positioning, particularly in the area of tension between personal growth and organizational structures. She supports specialists and managers in learning and change processes, develops personnel development formats and creates spaces for reflection, further development and new perspectives. She combines systemic thinking with pragmatic practicability and focuses on clarity, attitude and effectiveness.
